I was under the tutelage of the great violin pedagogue Mr. Mauricio Fuks at Indiana University (USA) for 3 consecutive years (2018-2021) becoming his teaching assistant for 3 years (2018-2021). Moreover, I have taught young violinists in Elementary Schools, (e.g. Fairview Elementary School) and also collegiate students in the Jacobs School of Music (US). In Spain, I have teaching experience in several music schools instructing violinists ranging from 3 to 70 years of age. I have also worked with ADHD and autistic students with a great passion for violin playing and music-making. I hold a master's in Violin Performance at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag and in Psychology and Music (UNED). I have an excellent command of English, and Dutch and a good working knowledge of French. I base my teaching method on Suzuki and Galamian methods, which I combine with a wide repertoire of progressive violin pieces. Come and have a lesson with me!

I am currently studying at The Royal Conservatoire in Den Haag and I offer violin and piano lessons for all levels and all ages ! I have experienced in teaching since several years, in music schools and in private ! I would be very happy to share my passion with you and teach you one (or both!) of these beautiful instruments! I am teaching all levels, all ages, all kind of stile on the violin or viola. Of course mostly classical, but if you wish we can also play folk, pop or other kind of songs. We can focus on playing, on musicality, technical skills, chamber music, as you wish. We could also do general music education, or basic practical musical skills and training the ears. I don't use one specific method since I feel every person function differently I i like to design something personal what works the best.

With 27 years of experience as a violin teacher, artist and composer, I transmit my love of music in a creative, playful and holistic way. I am a professional violinist. I graduated with distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (Master) and hold a Bachelor Diploma from Codarts (Rotterdam). I also pursued a masters degree in Music Education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. I teach students of all ages and levels. I have thirteen years of teaching experience in the Netherlands and in Belgium ( privately and at music schools: Hart Muziekschool in Haarlem and Vioolstudio 020! in Amsterdam). In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination.
